The Chocolate Bear Kitchen just got more exciting with our interview with Made In Bristol TV on Monday 13th March! Our founder James Gordon would to take this opportunity to thank Made In Bristol TV for having us and giving us the opportunity to share our entrepreneurial journey. The studio looked fantastic and it was great to see what work they are currently doing on set. There was a brilliant vibe in the studio created by Jamie Lowe and Ellie Pitt and they really made us feel apart of Bristol.We had such a great time with the team and we hope that they come for brunch or dinner at The Strawberry Thief and bring some of their viewers too! We’re really looking forward to seeing them again in the future.

Whilst we were there, we made some vegan and 100% gluten free tarts, topped with fresh fruit and a Belgian chocolate ganache and they went down a treat! Since we’re fastly approaching the summer months, we’re looking at getting some more of these delicious treats incorporated into our menu at The Strawberry Thief! You will see a lot of our tasty treats on our brunch menu, which is served every Saturday between 12 and 4 pm.
