Dark Chocolate Brownie Recipe


You will need…

  • 12-inch baking tray
  • Parchment paper
  • Ban Marie/Double Boiler
  • Sieve
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Knife



  • Firstly line a 9 by 12-inch deep baking tray with parchment paperSecondly preheat the oven to 175 Degrees Celsius.
  • Secondly, preheat the oven to 175 Degrees Celsius
  • Whilst the oven is warming up, melt the butter, dark chocolate and unrefined cane sugar using a Ban Marie or double boiler, which will create a chocolate mix.
  • Let the melted ingredients cool for 5 minutes whilst sieving the two different flowers together.
  • After that, whisk the 6 eggs into the cooled chocolate mix and slowly fold the flour into the mixture.
  • Spoon the mixture into the baking tray and bake for 15 to 25 minutes depending on the thickness.
  • You will know when it is fully cooked by poking a knife into the centre on the brownies and it comes out clean.
  • Store in an airtight container once they have been cooled.
